Management Department is pleased to introduce the PSN Payment Program.
This service allows residents to make online rent payments or phone
in their payments or sign up for automatic scheduled rent payments
via electronic funds transfer (Direct Debit Rent Payment).
PSN Payment is a safe, reliable, accurate and confidential way to
have your rent payment processed and paid from your checking/savings
account. With PSN Payment, your rent is electronically debited from
your checking or savings account - taking the hassle out of paying
rent. Many of you already enjoy the convenience of paying bills
online. With PSN Payment, you can pay your rent with this same convenience.
Each payment made with PSN Payment is archived and available for
you to print at your convenience.
How to start using PSN Payment
Using PSN Payment couldn't be easier. Simply select your community
above. From there all you have to do enter in your pertinent information
and submit.
PSN Payment is Safer than Checks
Your checks contain a great deal of information about you. With
a PSN Payment, the transaction passes electronically from one bank
to another. In between, security procedures protect all of your
information.
Direct Rent Payment
Direct withdrawal of your rent payment is a safe, reliable, accurate
and confidential way to have your rent payment processed and paid
from your checking account. With recurring billing, your payment
is electronically debited from your checking or savings account
as a regularly scheduled payment on the day your select!
Payment Options
Not comfortable paying your rent online? PSN also offers you the
ability to call in your rent payments each month. You can call 1-877-390-7368
and a trained customer service representative will help assist you
in making your rent payment. This service is being provided to us
from Payment Service Network, Inc.
How ACH Works
PSN, using the information printed on the bottom of your check,
PSN will forward your information to the Automated Clearing House
(ACH) for processing.

Service Fee:
If you make your payment
by check, the service fee is only $2.00 for any amount paid.
Note: Since Century 21 At The University. is using PSN to
process your check payment, PSN and its toll free number "877-390-7368" will appear on your bank or credit card statement.
